On Line Data Collection and SPC Analysis

The SPC (Statistical Process Control) Package offers the capabilities to collect, analyze, and display data from the balancer. Standard and custom data packages available.

Histogram and Trend analysis bar graphs allow for viewing of distribution and trends in unbalance

XBar and Range Plots show values in graph form and include the UCLX and UCLR lines on each graph.

Polar data plot of each subgroup is helpful in analyzing initial unbalance data for adjusting castings and/or machining processes.

Numeric data display shows up to the last 125 readings. Grand Average, UCLX, CR., Range average, UCLR, Standard deviation, Cp and Cpk are calculated and displayed.

Data can be stored and output through customer's existing software via Ethernet. Data files can also be moved or copied to floppy disk. Printer output is available via serial port screen dumps.
