Driveshaft Tooling System

The Hines Tooling System utilizes two four jaw chucks that are balanced to precision tolerances. The Hines chuck system allows an operator to balance through 1810 and SPL250 series shafts unlike some competitive balancers that require specific tooling for each application. The Hines system reduces tooling expense and changeover time. Hines' chucks will hold splines, tubes and couplings.

Hines does offer specific tooling for wing bearing, flange and double cardan C/V yokes.
