CV Assembly Balancing Machine
The standard Hines CV assembly balancer is a single station, semi-automatic, balancing machine configured and tooled for balancing CV assemblies.Features include:
- Tolerance: Two plane with hard suspension
- Transfer: Manual load and unload of workpiece
- Correction: Vertical or horizontal drill with automatic drill return
- Automatic guard door. (open and close)

CV assembly balancing typically requires two plane vibration analysis and correction, and is therefore based on a either the Vertical Rotating Balancer or the Horizontal Cradle Balancer.
